• Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.

• Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.

Experience in locksmith or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.

Roles We Hire For

We are a small team, so openings come and go with the work. These are the roles we hire into.

Locksmith Technician

Work on residential and light-commercial lock repairs, replacements and door-security problems, including common timber, uPVC and composite door systems.

Qualifications

• Practical experience with locks, doors or closely related property-maintenance work
• Able to diagnose mechanical faults rather than relying on unnecessary part replacement
• Clear and respectful communication with customers
• Comfortable travelling throughout the local service area

Trainee Locksmith

• Able to follow instructions carefully
• An interest in mechanical problem-solving

Customer Service Coordinator

Handle customer enquiries, gather useful information about locksmith problems and help keep appointments and job details organised.

• Good organisation and attention to detail
• Useful knowledge of the Oldham and Greater Manchester area

Door And Lock Repair Technician

Focus on diagnosing difficult door-closing, multipoint locking and hardware problems where the fault may involve both the lock and the physical door setup.

• Good mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Able to identify alignment and component-wear issues
• Professional approach when working in occupied homes and businesses
